What is better exercise/bad diet or no exercise/good diet?

definitely good diet and no exercise… you will get all the nutrients your body need and since it's a good diet, you will get the correct amount of energy for your activity…

A bad diet will lead to problems no matter the exercise you do, exercise can keep you slim, but cant fight cholesterol, sodium, lack vitamins, proteins, antioxidant, etc… even a bad diet and exercise can lead you to lesions, pain, fatigue or even worst problems… depending on what you do and what you eat/don't eat
