    When your diet is sensible, meaning you eat your veggies, taking care that your diet is protein rich, low fat and you eat in moderation, then you should include healthy fat in your diet and still be able to lose weight.
    You will lose weight the most healthy way, since not eating fat is not good for you. The minimum your body needs is 20 grams of fat per day, this number might be even higher if you are a body builder or are pregnant.
