So according to the experts, it doesn’t matter which you choose, as long as you don’t follow both at the same time, unless weight gain is what you want.

The purpose of weight loss diet fitness is to change your weight loss diet and lose excess body weight in the form of fat, by regular physical activity. Research shows that sustainable loss of weight can only be achieved on a weight loss diet which suits the individual food preferences, lifestyle and medical profile.

The problem with most diets is that people can’t wait to come off them but if one can be tailored made for you then there is a greater chance you will stay on it and eat in moderation and a variety of food groups. It would be easy just to eat only the things we liked but not in such large quantities but we need to maintain a balance so our bodies receive the nutrients and vitamins necessary for good health.
