<p>Here are a few of the best female exercises for weight loss that you can do. They work for men also, but women seem to react better to these exercises. Read this now if you want to learn how you can REDUCE your exercise time but increase your WEIGHT LOSS results.</p>
<p>Female Exercises for Weight Loss</p>
<p>1. Combo walking on an inclined treadmill</p>
<p>What the heck is combo walking? Simple&#8230; you walk forwards for 1 minute and then you turn around and walk backwards for 1 minute. Keep alternating between them for a total of 20 minutes.</p>
<p>Your body isn&#8217;t ready for this. The backwards walking confuses it. It&#8217;s forced to react. It&#8217;s reaction includes quicker weight loss. Why? Because your body adjusts to workouts really quick. If you keep doing the same workout over and over, your body pretty much laughs as you.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s a cakewalk for it. It can do your workouts in it&#8217;s sleep. It needs a challenge. Something different. Walking backwards is TOTALLY DIFFERENT. Another thing&#8230; walking backwards also keys in on different muscles in your legs as compared to normal forwards walking. Expect to be sore the next day. Don&#8217;t make me beg you to do this&#8230; it&#8217;s awesome.</p>
<p>Just try it once. Don&#8217;t worry about what others think.</p>
<p>2. Jump-ups onto a bench</p>
<p>This is a great fast-paced cardio exercise in which you jump up onto a bench with both feet. Then you jump down. Do this as fast as possible for 1 minute non-stop. Do this for a total of 3 sets. Rest 45 seconds between sets. Do this twice a week.</p>
<p>This gets your heart going. It creates a nice oxygen deficit which acts as a catalyst for rapid fat loss.</p>
<p>I consider these 2 of the best female exercises for weight loss.</p>

<p><b class="titler">7 Reasons To Start Up With an Exercise Program</b><br />

<p>Most of us need to follow an exercise program. This is due to the fact that just a minority of Americans exercise in a significant way. Below follows 7 good reasons to start exercising now.</p>
<p>1. Contributes to fat loss. </p>
<p>It is well documented from scientific research all over the world for many years that physical exercise contributes significantly to weight loss. I will not dwell on this issue fore it is so obvious, but just mention the simple fact that weight loss is a function of the net calorie intake.
<p>If you burn more calories than you take in thorough nutrition, you lose weight and vice versa. When you exercise you burn more calories then when you don&#8217;t. So the buttom line is: All other factors equal, the more you exercise the more weight or fat you&#8217;ll lose. That&#8217;s really simple.</p>
<p>2. Preventing Disease</p>
<p>The probability of developing a large number of various diseases has been proven to decrease dramatically thanks to physical exercising. These include;<br />
<br />heart disease<br />
<br />cancer<br />
<br />diabetes<br />
<br />stroke</p>
<p>About 4/5&#8217;s of deaths caused by heart disease and cancer, are linked to life-style factors like stress and lack of physichal training. We also know that diabetes increases the risk of heart disease and stroke. This shows that many of the risk factors and diseases caused by inactivity are working together to damage your health. Don&#8217;t let these ugly forces do that &#8211; start exercising today.</p>
<p>3. Healing or improving disease</p>
<p>We also know that many severe and minor diseases can be dramatically improved or even healed by doing regular exercises. These include most of the diseases I mentioned in the last paragraph. Following a workout plan regularly also decreases HDL cholesterol (&#8220;bad&#8221; cholestrol) levels, decreases triglyceride levels (a fat liquid that increases the risk of diabetes) and decreases blood pressure (a cause of heart attack and stroke). </p>
<p>Regular physical training also reduces the risk of prostate cancers for men, breast and uterine cancers for women, non-insulin dependent diabetes for both genders and much more. All this is scientifically proven. So, why not start your workout today?</p>
<p>4. Enhance your mental health</p>
<p>We know from many scientific studys that regular exercising leads to an increased release of endorphins in the body. These chemicals help combat depression and make us feel happier. The body releases these endorphins after only 12 minutes into the workout. </p>
<p>Another chemical called serotonin is increased during and after a workout session. Increased levels of serotonin in the central nervous system is associated with feelings of well-being and decreased mental depression. It also helps you feel less tired which can increase your mental alertness. It also helps you sleep better. </p>
<p>5. Enhance your feeling of wellness</p>
<p>When you are in a good shape and fit you&#8217;ll feel more upbeat, and your overall mood is improved. You have experienced that you can stretch your own limits, you know you are capable to do more than before you started to exercise. This gives you a feeling of wellness that&#8217;s difficult to describe. </p>

<p>A lot of people have made a resolution to lose weight in the coming new year. It is one of the more popular resolutions and has been for a very long time. Losing weight is a good thing, but it is a difficult resolution to keep and most people will give up before they even get started.</p>
<p>There are several ways to lose weight. A diet of some kind is the way people usually try to drop those pounds. You seldom hear someone say, &#8220;I&#8217;m starting a weight management program to lose weight&#8221;. But weight management is the key to reaching and keeping your ideal weight. And, exercise is a vital part of the management process. The ads you see would have you believe that a toned body is result of dieting, but you can&#8217;t get six-pack abs or a bikini-ready body by changing what you eat. The best programs involve both diet and exercise. The body has to use more calories than you take in. There is no other way.</p>
<p>If you have been following the articles on my website, you know that weight loss and self-improvement go hand-in-hand. You have to find a program that you understand and can live with if you want to make consistent improvement in the way you look. Starting and keeping an exercise program is more difficult that just dieting. It can also lead to sore muscles, and takes more commitment and time. That&#8217;s why most people won&#8217;t continue and exercise program.</p>
<p>If you are committed to use an exercise program here are ten tips that will help make it more successful:</p>
<p>1. Check with your doctor first. It is always a good idea to make sure there are no medical problems that will restrict the kind of exercise program you can use. This is particularly important for an older (over 40? or 50?) person or have a family history of heart disease, high blood pressure or several other conditions such as diabetes, arthritis or asthma.</p>
<p>2. Find your exercise program. Your doctor may be able to suggest one that will satisfy your requirements. You might get some recommendations from your friends who have an exercise program. Visit the facility, if you use one, and make sure that you will be comfortable with the environment and can get help and advice if you need it. An advisor can be a valuable part of a program.</p>
<p>3. Set some goals. Don&#8217;t use just weight loss as a goal. Make something more visible, such as losing a dress size or buy a pair of jeans and make getting into them the goal. Having a visible goal will help keep your motivation intact and improve your chances of success. Your goal could also include something like, feeling better, improving joint mobility or reducing knee or arthritis pain.</p>
<p>4. Start slowly and gradually progress. Pain will happen when you start using your muscles more vigorously. Start slowly to avoid the severe muscle pain that makes it difficult to continue the program and reduce the chances of injury. As you progress, you can add more weight or resistance to help make you stronger and lose more weight.</p>
<p>5. Warm up before you exercise. Physical exercise is strenuous. A warm-up period is necessary to make sure your respiratory rate, heart rate, blood flow and nutrient levels are increased to compensate for the additional work your body is going to do. Ignoring a warm-up stage will increase your risk of injury to your large muscles.</p>
<p>Warming up is vital for older people and overweight people. Us older folks have tissues that are not as supple and joints that are as fluid, and sometimes, weaker hearts than younger people. Sudden exercise can cause heart attacks to older people and people who are overweight.</p>
<p>6. Have variety in the exercise program. A program that includes stretching exercises, aerobics and strength training will help you achieve the greatest result and keep you from getting bored with the program. Most exercise programs encourage a three-day a week regimen. You could also sprinkle in some other activities, such as basketball or dancing on the off days.</p>
<p>7. Wear the proper clothes. Spandex is fine, but you need freedom of movement when you start exercising. Make sure the clothes and shoes you wear fit properly (not too tight and not too loose) and are appropriate for the activities you are doing. Usually, a pair of sweats will do just fine to start.</p>
<p>8. Keep track of your progress. You might not see a sudden lose of pounds, but you might see a higher energy level. It is important to keep track of other signs of progress, such as walking further, doing more or even climbing stairs without getting out of breath. Keeping track of these signs of progress will help keep you motivated and on track to achieve your goals.</p>
<p>9. Exercise with a friend. Let&#8217;s face it, exercising with a friend is more fun and you can help keep each other motivated and on track. Encouragement and friendly competition is a wonderful thing.</p>
<p>10. Most importantly, have fun. Nothing kills an exercise program faster than boredom. If you choose a program or activity you like, you will be more likely to stick with it and be successful.</p>
