I would like to reduce my weight. I am willing to control my diet and do exercise. I have an ab lounge and an elliptical machine. By controlling diet and exercising how can I reduce my weight. Is cylcing good exercise for losing weight?
I thought walking was good, but found myself walking regulary and not losing anything, so am trying cycling and man, you can really feel it working, desperate to lose weight so just want to know if cycling is good at burning those calories and getting me to a size 8!

Ok so im 15 and im 5 foot 6 inches and im 140 lbs, i need some advice on how to lose fat in my inner thighs and mid to lower stomach… i have a gym membership but i dont really use it because im never motivated enough to actually go… and im sick of looking in the mirror everyday and hating what i see, and dont get me wrong i DO NOT want to be stick (more…)
