    Get Rid Of Double Chin Fast – 2 Secrets Plastic Surgeons Don’t Wan’t You To Know

    I was never really overweight and never really had a problem with a double chin.  At least I never realized it.  But then I saw myself in some pictures and was absolutely disgusted at how gigantic my double chin looked!  

    But like I said, I have always been relatively slim, so I was really shocked that I had a double chin, and it kept showing up in picture after picture.  I had to figure out how to get rid of double chin fast because I was starting to get self-conscious about it.  I was always stretching my neck out like a rooster thinking it was hiding it.

    After doing some research online, and trying multiple things, I came up with 2 habits you must obey to get rid of your double chin fast – and I mean it can start to go away in as little as 2-3 days.  Actually,there are 3 ways, but the 3rd is surgery, and I’m not willing to pay that much to go under the knife.  Especially when that knife is so close to my neck!

    So, here are the 2 habits, each described below – 1) supercharge your metabolism and 2) quality of fuel.

    My Super Secret Metabolism Booster

    If you want to get rid of your double chin fast, you have to not only eat right, but you also have to supercharge your metabolism – even if you are slim already.  Take it from me, I learned this the hard way.  

    So, how exactly do you do this?

    To supercharge your metabolism, you want to actually increase the number of times you eat per day.  Now, I’m not saying eat 5 Big Macs instead of 2!  The goal is to eat 5-6 small, healthy meals, or snacks if you will, per day.  

    This does 2 things – it increases your metabolism and it keeps food in you constantly.  Increasing your metabolism will help you get rid of your double chin fast because your body will burn more calories.  Also, by keeping food in your belly, you won’t get “over-hungry” and stuff yourself in one sitting.

    Quality of Fuel

    How do you expect to get rid of your double chin fast if the fuel you put in your body is junk?  Surprising as it may sound, eating fast food and candy bars will actually make your double chin worse!  I know, it’s shocking.

    But seriously, if you want to make that double chin disappear fast, you have to put the right fuel in your body.  The primary culprits here are salt, sugar and fat.  Salt makes you hold water, which makes you feel fat.  Sugar (empty calories) will be stored as short-term fuel.  And if not used, will turn to fat.  And fat is fat – you don’t really need an explanation on fat.

    In summary, what you want to do is eat 5-6 small meals per day consisting of fresh vegetables, lean meats (if not vegan), beans, nuts, and egg whites.  Stay away from milk, sweets, chips, fruit (yes fruit – it has a lot of sugar), orange juice, processed meats (like hot dogs), etc.

    In essence you are putting only natural, fresh foods in your system, and cleaning out all the junk.  

    Great, you are halfway there!  To get rid of double chin fast and supercharge your results,  you have to know the correct exercises for a double chin (notice I said “correct” exercises – be wary of all the so-called “advice” on line for double chin exercises).

    Problems With Going Vegetarian To Lose Weight

    Gaining weight is a heck of a lot easier than trying to lose weight. Given this, many of us look around for help when it comes time to drop the pounds. One option you will run across eventually is the vegetarian diet. I’ve tried it and there are some problems.

    When comparing weight loss programs, there is nothing that I’ve seen that beats the vegetarian diet. I’ve lost a consistent 10 pounds a month whenever going on it. My skin has looked better. I’ve felt better. You get the picture. Okay, so what is the problem with the approach?

    Well, to lose weight you need a calorie deficit. The calories needed each day to lose weight are the number you consume minus those you expend. If you eat fewer calories then you expend, you lose weight. This is how the vegetarian diet works. Meat is a very calorie intense food. Vegetables are not. An entire bag of frozen broccoli is something like 150 calories. Ah, but this is where the problem starts.

    If you want to lose weight by dropping meat, you need to understand that going vegetarian won’t do it. There are plenty of fat vegetarians. No, you really need to go vegan. This basically means you only eat vegetables, brown rice and other foods that contain nothing from an animal. This includes milk, cheese and so on.

    I don’t know how people do it. I’ve tried. I’ve even pulled it off for three months on one occasion and six on another. That being said, going vegan is brutally difficult. One can only eat vegetables over and over for so long. Then there is the social problem Going out to restaurants and parties can be a real challenge. Most restaurants are not offering up truly vegan choices. It can be annoying.

    In my experience, you can lose a little weight going vegetarian. If you really want to drop big pounds though, you have to go vegan. It turned out to be too tough for me as far as a lifestyle change went. Perhaps you can do better.
